WHAT IS COACHING?

A unique, structured relationship between a coach and a client wherein both parties actively collaborate and engage in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal or professional potential.

Note: Coaching is not mentoring, training, consulting, or therapy.

WHAT COACHING SERVICES DOES NAVISTREE OFFER?

WHAT IS A TYPICAL SESSION LIKE?

  • Sessions usually last from 30-60 minutes and can be over the phone or Zoom, or another video platform of your choice.

  • Our first session is called a discovery session and will take approximately 2 hours. In that session, we'll talk more about where you are and where you want to go.

  • We'll use a few tools and exercises to clarify things.

  • As a client, you can bring whatever topic you want to discuss to future coaching sessions. It can be a long-range goal or something more short-term that you want to address. We'll work in that session to make progress on that issue.

HOW LONG DOES NAVISTREE TYPICALLY WORK WITH A CLIENT?

  • This is completely up to the client. Typically, it will be 3-6 months initially so that you can truly see movement in the area for which you sought out coaching.

  • We will meet once weekly or every other week.

  • After some time, people decide to decrease to monthly to keep on top of things, take a break, or complete their time working together.

WHAT IS NAVISTREE'S PRIVACY POLICY?

  • The coaching relationship is a sacred space and your privacy is of the utmost importance to me.

 

  • Our sessions are held in the strictest confidence and protected by the law.
