WHAT IS A TYPICAL SESSION LIKE?
Sessions usually last from 30-60 minutes and can be over the phone or Zoom, or another video platform of your choice.
Our first session is called a discovery session and will take approximately 2 hours. In that session, we'll talk more about where you are and where you want to go.
We'll use a few tools and exercises to clarify things.
As a client, you can bring whatever topic you want to discuss to future coaching sessions. It can be a long-range goal or something more short-term that you want to address. We'll work in that session to make progress on that issue.
HOW LONG DOES NAVISTREE TYPICALLY WORK WITH A CLIENT?
This is completely up to the client. Typically, it will be 3-6 months initially so that you can truly see movement in the area for which you sought out coaching.
We will meet once weekly or every other week.
After some time, people decide to decrease to monthly to keep on top of things, take a break, or complete their time working together.
The coaching relationship is a sacred space and your privacy is of the utmost importance to me.
Our sessions are held in the strictest confidence and protected by the law.
