Kumar Sivan
Founder and Consultant
Kumar Sivan is a quality management professional who specializes in quality management systems and process improvement. Kumar has 30 years of experience in Product Design, Applications Engineering, Customer Liaison Engineering, Program Management & Operations with Tier1 Automotive, Aerospace, General Manufacturing and service-related ISO quality system environments.
Kumar has lived and worked in the USA, France, Germany, UK and India, and gained a multicultural, global perspective of Manufacturing industries.
Kumar does a variety of Management Consulting assignments in the areas of implementation support, Training and Gap Assessment and Internal Audits for the following standards that he is qualified in: IATF: 16949; ISO: 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001; AIAG Core Tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC
Kumar has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit).

Cheryl Sivan
Founder and Consultant
From the positions that she's had, Cheryl Sivan has always been interested in how things could be improved, how they could be done differently, and how a team can work together more effectively. It is through her over 20 years in healthcare and specifically after managing physicians and working in start-up companies that she became interested in coaching.
Cheryl always wanted her coworkers and teams to be supported but could see that there was only so much that could be done operationally to improve things. Working with individuals and groups to identify what the issues are that hold them back, she partners in a non-judgemental manner to facilitate movement forward. We can't change people around us, but we can change ourselves.
Cheryl has a Bachelors Degree in Science and Nursing and lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
